Only two people got this problem right, and since one was an adult, he isn't eligible (though I hope he had fun solving the problem!). A number of people sent in solutions that work, but they didn't manage to find all of the possible solutions.

Our winner is Quinn Cunningham of Germantown Academy. Quinn wrote a program on the TI-83 to do the dirty work. That helps with the problem of not getting all the possible solutions. Also, it pays to notice that for some diameters there is more than one set of dimensions for the rectangular box.
