Description: Calculate the molecular weight, the extinction coefficient, the concentration, and the melting temperature of a single stranded nucleic acid. Additionally, you can enter a protein sequence and calculate the molecular weight (using average isotopic mass), extinction coefficient, the concentration, and the formal charge. For both sets, either nucleotide or amino acid composition and percentages are calculated.
