self maps of the upper half plane

What is a characterization of the linear fractional transformations with
complex coefficients that map the upper half plane (Im(z)>0) to itself?

Note that the map is not required to be onto; it's possible that the
upper half plane is mapped into a disk entirely contained in the upper
half plane.
